How do I create a reminder?
Tap the mic and say one sentence, or type it. For example “Call mom tomorrow at 8” or “When I get home, water the plants”. Merora works out what, when and where.
Why does Merora need “Always” location access?
Without it, a place reminder can’t go off while the app is closed. Your iPhone watches your saved places itself, and only arriving at or leaving a saved place is sent to our server.
A place reminder didn’t go off. What should I check?
In the iPhone Settings → Merora → Location, choose “Always” and turn on Precise Location. iOS decides exactly when it reports an arrival or departure, so a reminder can come a little later than you walk through the door.
Why does a reminder ring even in silent mode?
Loud alerts ring like an alarm, even in silent mode and Do Not Disturb. If you prefer a plain notification, turn off Loud alerts in the app under Settings → Notification Settings.
Which devices does Merora run on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 26.1 or later.
How much does Merora cost?
Merora is free during the beta.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings → Delete account. This deletes your account and all your data. If you use Sign in with Apple, confirm the Apple window during deletion so Merora is disconnected from your Apple Account. You can also do it later with Apple’s instructions.
How do I stop the emails?
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or turn off Tips and news by email in the app under Settings → Notification Settings.
